In the Outbox tab, you will find all the outgoing communications. This includes both automated emails and scheduled emails.
How can I find the different outgoing communications?
Our Outbox tab offers different filtering options so that you can have in front of you exactly what you were looking for. You can filter by:
- Date
- Quick filters:
- Automated emails
- Scheduled emails
Within automated emails, you can filter by these statuses by default:
- All
- Scheduled
- Successfully sent
- Rescheduled
- Paused
- Failed
Within scheduled emails, you can filter by these statuses by default:
- All
- Scheduled
- Successfully sent
- Failed
How can I best use the Outbox?
Our Outbox is there to give you control over the communications you are sending to your leads and companies.
Depending on your Email Automation settings, you might need to authorize the delivery of some emails. Whether you need to send an email, reschedule it or cancel it, you can do it from this tab.
