We have great news because this process is fully automated!
However, there is something important that you have to take into account: the email address that you are sending a meeting invite to should match the one for that lead/company in Bloobirds.
But what if I don't want these meetings to be automatically synced?
You can set this up easily, go to your Account Settings.
In the Calendar category, you will see these settings:
Here, you can:
- Enable/Disable the automatic syncing
- Choose whether you'd prefer users to allow the syncing or fully automated syncing
- Choose if a meeting in Bloobirds should be created every time someone registered in your database invites you or not
