How can I sync a meeting created in Google Calendar/Outlook with Bloobirds?


We have great news because this process is fully automated!

However, there is something important that you have to take into account: the email address that you are sending a meeting invite to should match the one for that lead/company in Bloobirds.


But what if I don't want these meetings to be automatically synced?

You can set this up easily, go to your Account Settings

In the Calendar category, you will see these settings:


Here, you can:

  • Enable/Disable the automatic syncing
    • Choose whether you'd prefer users to allow the syncing or fully automated syncing
  • Choose if a meeting in Bloobirds should be created every time someone registered in your database invites you or not
