Explaining all the KPIs of Cadences

Included within the Cadences category, you can see plenty of KPIs that will help your team to adjust its sales strategy. In this article, we break down for you what every single KPI stands for. We have split them into 5 categories: Tasks, Calls, LinkedIn, Email, and Other KPIs.

Tasks

This figure represents the total number of objects (companies, leads, and opportunities) enrolled in a cadence. 

Scheduled tasks

This figure stands for the total number of pending tasks in a cadence.

Tasks done

This is the total number of tasks completed within a cadence.

Overdue tasks

This figure represents the total number of tasks completed past their due date.

Skipped tasks

Here you can see the total number of tasks that were skipped within a cadence by any of your team members.

 

Calls

This is the number of times your team has called companies or leads within a cadence.

Contacted

This is the number of times that a company or a lead picked up the phone, whether this has been registered automatically or it has been logged as correct contact.

 

LinkedIn

This is the total number of messages sent on LinkedIn within a cadence.

This is the total number of messages received on LinkedIn within a cadence.

 

Email

This figure represents the total number of emails sent within a cadence.

This is the total number of emails sent automatically as part of a cadence.

Open rate

The open rate is the percentage that results from dividing the total number of emails sent out which have been opened by the total number of emails sent out according to the selected filters. For example: If 100 emails have been sent and 62 of those have been opened, the open rate would equal 62%.

Click rate

Similar to the open rate. In this case, we measure the percentage of times when recipients have clicked on any of the links included in an email. 

Reply rate

Here, we compare the total number of emails sent vs. how many of those emails got replied to.

Bounce rate

Here we show you the average percentage of objects that have had at least one bounced email associated with the returned cadences according to the selected filters.
