How do I start using Bloobirds on top of SFDC/LinkedIn?

I don't have the Chrome extension installed

If you have never used the Bloobirds extension before, follow these steps:

• Prerequisites
  • Have a user account on both Bloobirds and SFDC
  • Have the on-top-off option enabled on your account (your CSM can help you with this)
  • Have the native Bloobirds <> Salesforce integration activated
  • Have both users mapped in the Integration

1. Go to the Chrome web store at this link and download and install our extension
2. Log in to LinkedIn with your Bloobirds account credentials
3. All set! You can now access Salesforce

1. Go to the section of installed extensions in Chrome here: chrome://extensions/ and make sure you have the latest updated version, to do so press "Update" on the top left
2. All set! You can now access Salesforce
