What can I do if a Bloobirds lead is not synced in SFDC?



If a lead is in Bloobirds but not in Salesforce, as long as it is assigned to you, you can use all of the Sales Engagement tools - call, send emails, tasks, notes, and schedule a meeting - regardless of whether it is created or not in Salesforce.

If you prefer for the lead to be synchronized in Salesforce, you can quickly do so by selecting 'create in Salesforce' and choosing whether you want to create it as a lead or a contact.
