Where can I change a lead status?

Find out where can you change a lead status from. But first, in case you don't know all the lead status possibilities, you can read this article that explains them all.

1. From bulk actions in the prospect tab

Go to the prospect tab.

Once there, thanks to the bulk actions you can:

  • Change a lead status, individually.

  • Change several leads' statuses at once.

To finish the action in both cases, select the status you want and click on save.

2. From bulk actions in the lists section

Go to the leads lists section. Please note that you cannot change status of leads in the prospecting and sales stages at the same time. If you want to do it with multiple leads, you'll have to do it first with the prospecting leads and then with the sales ones.

Click on the checkbox to mark as many leads as you want to update. The bulk actions will appear on top. Click on change status.

Finally, select the status you want and click on save.

3. From the profile status label in the lead's profile overview

Go to a lead's profile.

Click on the status label below its name.

Finally, select the status you want and click on save.

4. From the lead's company profile

Go to a company's profile.

Click on the three dots next to the lead you want to update. A picklist will appear, click on change status.

Finally, select the status you want and click on save.

5. After doing a call

When you hang up a call, a modal appears to report call result.

If you follow the reporting process, you'll be able to update the lead status.
