Which states can I work with in sales?

Status have changed. Depending on the object...

  • Leads and companies' status:

- Active: I'm prospecting it.

- On hold: It’s standing.

- Nurturing: It's not a good fit at the moment.

- Discarded: It's not a good fit.

- Client: It has become my client.

  • Opportunities' status:

Take into account! In the opportunities tab, you’ll see the different opportunity statuses that the manager has set. SDRs can’t edit or manage them, it’s the admin user's responsibility.
