What is it?

Here you'll find the dialer settings (Twilio or Aircall). Before continuing with this article, remember that you can't do anything here unless you have set up your Twilio or Aircall account.

 

How does it work?

To easily manage the dialer settings, you need to click on your user name. Then, click on Account Settings.

In preferences, specifically in dialers, you'll be able to configure your phone service provider account and the connected numbers.

You'll see two tabs: Twilio or Aircall.

Twilio

There are two parts:

  • Twilio accounts: Here you see your SID number; you can edit or delete it. You can also mark if you want to enable call recording.

  • Connected numbers:
Here you can add your Twilio numbers and assign them to your Bloobirds users to use them in our dialer.

The information will be displayed like this:

You can edit it just by clicking on the icon.

To add a phone number click on + NEW PHONE NUMBER.

You'll need to write the phone number, the location, mark if you want it as default, mark if it's a verified caller ID and write the SID number.

Click on CREATE.

Aircall

There are three parts:

  • Aircall account: Here you see the account status. You can also delete it.

  • Aircall users: Match your Bloobirds Users with the Aircall Users to match calls between both systems.

The information will be displayed like this:

You can change the Bloobirds User by clicking on the picklists and choosing another one.

Take into account that Aircall users are automatically synced each time they are deleted or created. If you are not seeing some of them, you can try to refresh!

  • Connected numbers: Here you can see your Aircall numbers and their information.
