What is it?

With this feature Bloobirds allows you to connect phone numbers. You can add more than one phone number for the same user.

We support Twilio and Aircall as dialer service providers. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to assist you.

How does it work?

Before you start! Mind that for a number to work on Bloobirds first you have to buy it from a service provider either by:

- Buying a number from Twilio

- Buying a number from a service provider and adding it on Twilio as a Verified caller ID

- Buying a number from Aircall.

- Buying a number from JustCall.

Once this is done, you are ready to add the number on Bloobirds and start calling via VoIP!

Watch out! VoIP calls require a high-quality internet connection. If yours cannot be guaranteed, we recommend you use the mobile phone option which ensures call quality via 3G at a very affordable price.

After you've bought a number from a dialer service provider, if you want to manage your phone settings you can easily do it by clicking on your user name and then selecting User settings.

Specifically, go to Phone.

First of all, you'll see the dialer options depending on the service provider you have. That means you'll see Aircall, Twilio, JustCall options in dialer by default.

Let's see them!

Twilio

On top you'll see the options you have to set a dialer by default. In this case, choose Bloobirds (Twilio).

The next step is to choose:

- How you want to receive incoming calls: by web dialer or by phone calls.

- If you want to be able to log calls manually from the dialer.

- The dialer default view: call by web dialer or log calls manually.

Don't forget to SAVE CHANGES.

Delete numbers

You can set it as default or disconnect each number you've added by just mousing over it and clicking on the option you want.

Aircall

On top you'll see the options you have to set a dialer by default. In this case, choose Aircall.

Then, mark if you want to sync all your contacts from Bloobirds to Aircall. This means if you call from Bloobirds and throw it to Aircall, the contact is generated in Aircall. This is an advantage because if you call from your phone, you'll have the contact saved; and if go to another app instead of Bloobirds, you'll have the contact registered. This happens call by call: when you call, you register the contact.

Finally, mark if you want to be able to log calls manually from the dialer.

Remember to SAVE CHANGES.

JustCall

On top, you'll see the options you have to set a dialer by default. In this case, JustCall.

Then, mark If you want to be able to log calls manually from the dialer.

Remember to SAVE CHANGES.
