What is it?
Qualifying Questions are the questions that we will ask during the prospect to qualify and get valuable information about companies and leads. They help you assess your solution’s fit to your prospects' needs and prioritize them according to their business potential.
The sale's success depends on the answers to the qualifying questions. The answer determines the rating of the company and what sales strategy should be used moving forward. The result of the rating indicates the size of the business opportunity and therefore the sales priority.
Take time and be thorough when filling in the answers to the qualifying questions as this is a vital step in your sales process!
You can create and manage all your QQ in the "My Playbook" tab.
How does it work?
To access this section, you need to have Bloobirds' admin rights. Go to My Playbook and select Qualifying Questions from the left menu bar.
Create QQ
You can use the filters you have set in the messaging segmentation criteria so you can easily find the QQ you are looking for.
You can also duplicate or edit the QQ.
The process to create a new QQ is the following:
1. Click on CREATE.
2. Write a question and choose its type: text or picklist. If it's a picklist, you need to add as many answers as you want.
You can add a score to each answer too.
Take into account that you need to activate the enable button.
Add or delete an answer by clicking on the respective button.
3. Once all the content is done, you can mark it to be required to close a meeting and select if it will be visible in forms.
4. We recommend you also set the categorization for the QQ. Remember that the categorization is determined by the criteria you have previously set in your messaging segmentation criteria.
5. Click on SAVE QUALIFYING QUESTION.
Score rating settings
In the QQ tab, click on the score rating settings icon.
Write the numbers below and click on SAVE SETTINGS.
User view on Bloobird's app
This will be available on the lead’s or company’s profile. If you scroll down, you'll find the messaging tab.
As you see, you'll find all your QQ.
And you'll see the recommended messaging based on the segmentation criteria previously set.
QQ and calls
At the same time, you are calling from Bloobirds, you can see and check your QQ on screen.
After the call, you'll be asked to report the call result. One of the steps to report it is to write how was the call and to fill in the QQ so all the information can be saved.
