How to do it
Logged into Salesforce, open the Setup Menu and click on Set up.
From the left menu, select App and then App Manager.
Click on the button, Create New Connected App.
Then fill in the fields as shown and select Enable OAuth Settings.
Fill in the OAuth settings as follows.
1. Set a Callback URL it is required to create the app but will not be used for the integration,
so just add a Bloobirds url, for example: https://admin.bloobirds.com/
2. Upload the digital certificate on Choose file: sfdc-certivicate.pem, mind that certificates expire every year so that the name could be different but the extension will always be .pem
3. Add the OAuth scopes: Access and manage your data (Api) and Perform requests on your behalf at any time (refresh_token, offline_access).
4. Tick Require Secret for Web Server Flow.
Click on Save.
At this point the app has been created.
Click on Manage.
Now click on Edit Policies, set the OAuth Policies as in the following image and click on the Save button.
