Before you set up your connection from Bloobirds to Hubspot for the first time, there are a few fields that you need to create. In this article, we explain you how.

Hubspot fields

To create the fields on Hubspot, log into your Hubspot account and click on Settings.

From the left menu, select Properties.

These are the properties/fields you need to create on Hubspot.

To create a property for example, BB Company ID click on the Create property button.

Then fill in the Object type, Group, Label and Description and click on Next.

Select the field type depending on the field you want to create sigle-text or Dropdown select. If it is a drop down you will need to fill in the values.

Bloobirds fields

Before connecting to Hubspot, you will also need to ensure that these fields are created on the Bloobirds admin.

Log into Bloobirds admin and go to the section System Fields there you should find all Hubspot mandatory fields created.
