What it is
On your Hubspot native integration section, under the tab Sync Status you can supervise the status of the HubSpot integration.
How it works
This section shows you a list of all the actions that have been sent to be synchronized.
Use the filters to refine your search and see only those:
- Date: within a certain time frame
- Object: select lead, company, or activity
- Status: successful or failed
- Synch direction: Bloobirds to Hubspot or Hubspot to Bloobirds
If the action has been synchronized successfully, it will show SUCCESS under the sync status. If it has not been synchronized, the status will be FAILED.
To find out why the synchronization may have failed, click on the log title and you will see the code and the reason why.
Update sync logs
Use the refresh button to update your list of sync logs.
If you want to be notified via email every time the synchronization has failed, switch on the email button.
