After making a call, Bloobirds will ask you to register the call result.
You can choose from the following options:
Busy
When the lead cannot answer your call because he is engaged in something else. For example because he is on another call.

Correct contact
When it is the right contact and you are able to speak with the lead and confirmed it is the right person to prospect.
You will be asked if you completed de pitch and the qualified questions.

Gatekeeper
When you speak with someone who is not a correct contact but controls access to the lead. For example a secretary.
Left voicemail
When the lead did not pick up the phone and you left a voice message.

No answer
When the lead did not pick up the phone and no message was left.
Referral
When the person you speak to refers you to engage with someone else in the company.
