After making a call, Bloobirds will ask you to register the call result. You can choose from the following options:
When you've reached the lead. After clicking on SAVE AND CONTINUE, we recommend you report the call result. You can add a note about how was the call and fill in the QQ.
When the lead cannot answer your call because he is engaged in something else. For example, because he/she is on another call.
When it is the right contact and you are able to speak with the lead and confirmed it is the right person to prospect. You'll be asked if you got to pitch.
When you speak with someone who is not a correct contact but controls access to the lead. For example a secretary.
When the lead did not pick up the phone.
When the person you speak to refers you to engage with someone else in the company.
Requested to call later
When you reach the lead but he/she requests you to call him/her later.
When the lead is impossible to reach.
Voicemail, left message
When the lead did not pick up the phone and you left a voice message.
When the lead did not pick up the phone and you didn't leave a voice message.
When some of the data is wrong and you need to update it. You have the option of changing the lead or the company information.
None of the previous options suits you.
