What it is
Bloobirds has a section dedicated exclusively to assist the SDR with the prospecting activity.
Prospecting is the process through which an SDR reaches out to potential customers, it is an essential part of the sales activity and its rhythm is determined by the cadence.
How does it work
Bloobird's Prospect section is divided into six differentparts.
Delivered
Shows the list of all companies that are in status Delivered and assigned to you.
The first part consists of an activity counter and a filter section:
- Filter: shows the amount of companies that became Delivered within the selected certain timeframe.
- Activity counter: shows the amount of companies inbound, outbound, recycled and high priority that have been delivered to you vs the previous period
The second part shows a set of filters that you can customise to your liking:
The first filter determines the order in which the companies are listed.
The others condition the characteristics of the company that will be displayed.
Finally you are presented with the list of delivered companies that fulfil the criteria. To these you can decide to: add a lead, quick start or set a cadence, reassign it or change its status.
On cadence
Displays all tasks for companies in status On prospection, Contacted or Engaged that have been assigned to you.
These are generated by the cadence and can be marked as done once an attempt has taken place.
The first part consists of an activity counter and a filter section:
- Filter: shows the amount of tasks of companies that are on cadence within the selected timeframe.
- Activity counter: shows the amount of cadence tasks, completed, overdue and skipped and compares them with the previous period.
The second part shows a set of filters that you can customise to your liking:
The first two filters determine the order in which the tasks are listed.
The others condition the characteristics of the tasks that will be displayed.
Finally you are presented with the list of tasks that fulfil the criteria. Once an attempt has taken place, you can mark them as done.
Additionally you can use the START TASKS button to navigate the company profiles sequentially.
Scheduled
These are custom tasks that have been manually scheduled by the SDR outside the cadence and can be customised and marked as done anytime.
We recommend to use them specially whenever the cadence has elapsed without a Correct contact and whenever the lead has been contacted but there is no meeting scheduled yet.
The first part consists of an activity counter and a filter section:
- Filter: shows the amount of tasks manually scheduled within the selected the timeframe.
- Activity counter: shows the amount of scheduled tasks completed and to do vs the previous period.
The second part shows a set of filters that you can customise to your liking:
The first two filters determine the order in which the tasks are listed.
The others condition the characteristics of the tasks that will be displayed.
Finally you are presented with the list of tasks that fulfil the criteria. These tasks you can edit and mark as done anytime, without carrying out the attempt.
Meeting tasks
There are two types of meeting tasks that can appear on this tab: Reschedule meeting and Contact before meeting.
Contact before meeting
Whenever a meeting is scheduled with a lead, Bloobirds will automatically generate the task Contact before meeting on the date before the meeting.
This task cannot be rescheduled and should be marked as completed after sending the lead a reminder of the upcoming meeting.
Reschedule meeting
Whenever a meeting result is updated to No Show, Bloobirds will automatically generate the task Reschedule Meeting.
This task cannot be rescheduled and should be marked as completed after setting a new date for the meeting.
Inactive
These are companies in status On prospection, Contacted or Engaged that neither have task, meeting scheduled or a next step planned.
For these, you should either schedule a new cadence, next step or change their status into Discarded or Nurturing. We advise you to review this list regularly not to miss on any sales opportunities!
Full list of companies
In this tab you can find all companies that have been assigned to you.
Use the first filter to decide the order with which the list is displayed and the rest to customise it to your preferences.
