Receiving a call

When a lead calls, the dialer will appear on the left part of the page with the incoming call.
You can answer the call by clicking on the green button.

Registered number

If the number is associated to an existing lead, Bloobirds will automatically present it with the lead's name.

And the call will be registered on the company activity, the cadence and notifications.

Non registered number

The dialer will open up and will show None on the name field. The user will be able to answer the incoming call by clicking on the green phone icon.

However, the call will not be registered on Bloobirds if there is no lead associated with this number.
