What is it?
In the Lists section, you can create custom lists of companies, leads, activities and tasks.
You can also save the lists to have them available in the future and use tags to classify them according to your needs.
and share the lists with your team.
How does it work?
There are two ways in which you can create new lists.
From the object list
Click on the Lists section and select for which object you want to create the new list: companies, leads, meetings, activities or tasks.
On the object section, use the
columns to determine
what columns should be displayed on your new list.
And
filters to decide which
criteria determine what companies, leads, meetings, activities or tasks
will be included on the list.
Then click on Save to save the new list you have created under a new name.
And choose if you want the list to be available for viewing and editing to everybody or just yourself.
Use the Add Tag feature to create your own list classification system.
And click on SAVE.
The new list will be available in All my lists section.
From All my lists
On the Lists drop down menu select All my lists.
Click on CREATE LIST at the top right.
Choose for which category you want to create a list: companies, leads, activities or tasks.
Choose the Columns to customise the information that should be displayed on the list.
Use the Filters to establish the criteria by which the companies, leads, activities or tasks will be included or discarded from this list.
Click on ACCEPT.
And click on CONFIRM.
Bloobirds displays the list of companies, leads, activities or tasks that fulfil the selected criteria. To save this as a new list, click on Save.
And choose if you want the list to be available for viewing and editing to everybody or just yourself.

The new list will be available in All my lists section.
Use case
Companies
You want to create a list of companies that have been
assigned to you and have an MR Rating of AAA.
Go to the Lists section on the top menu and select Companies.
Click on Columns at the top of the page, ensure that the columns MR Rating and Assigned To are included.
Otherwise include them by clicking on +Company and ticking the boxes and click on ACCEPT.
Note that you can find the different fields clustered into their corresponding
field groups.
Now establish filtering criteria which will determine which companies are included and which are not included in this list.
Click on Filters at the top of the page.
Click on +Company.
In the field Assigned To choose Me.
And in the field MR Rating select AAA and click on ACCEPT.

Click on CONFIRM.
Bloobirds will display the list of companies that fulfil the selected criteria, save this list by clicking on Save.
Choose a name for your new created list and click on SAVE.
From now on you will be able to access this list under All my lists section.
