Change a lead's status

What it is

You can easily update the lead's status and Discarded or Nurturing on the company dashboard.

Mind that changing a lead's status to Contacted does not automatically stop the cadence, nor changes the status of the Company to Contacted.

How it works

This new lead status update flow gets triggered when you:
 

Configure a new cadence

 
When you configure a new cadence, Bloobirds asks you if you also want to change the status of the leads.
 
To configure a new cadence, click on the cadence modal.

Click on YES, STOP THE CADENCE and then CONTINUE.

Click on NEXT.

And you will be asked if you also want to update the lead's status. If the lead is changing the status to Nurturing or Discarded, you can also fill in the reasons on the same pop up.

Update the lead's status

If you click on the three dots on the task menu, you will see the option Update the lead's status.

Click on it to update the lead's status and the Discarded or Nurturing reasons.
