Bloobirds automatically records all incoming and outgoing calls made on the platform.
Go to the lead or company dashboard view, at the bottom menu click on the Activity section.

Hover your mouse over the activity tile you want to listen to and the recording icon will appear.
Note that the recording takes 2 minutes to be uploaded after the call.

Click on the recording icon, a window will open up where you will be able to listen to the conversation.
Note that calls that have been registered manually through the task menu will not have a recording.
