Note that calls are always associated to a registered lead, and a lead may be associated to a qualified company.
Outgoing calls
Outgoing calls are always done to a lead that has already been registered.

Manually registered calls
Bloobirds allows you to also register calls manually.
Go to the company dashboard view and click on the yellow icon.
Go to the company dashboard view and click on the yellow icon.
Or on the three dots on the right and select Log Activity.
A form will pop up, select Call as type of activity and fill in the corresponding fields.
