What it is
Filter based on a relative dates and create your personalised overview of companies, leads, activities, meetings and tasks, always up to date.
How it works
Choose the object
Go to the Lists section on the top menu and select for which category you would like to create a relative date filter: companies, leads, meetings, tasks or activities.
Once on the selected category, click on Filters.
The filter menu will open up, choose the category you want to
filter by clicking on it.
In this example we are on a list of leads, and we can choose between a filter from the same category (lead) or cross-filter from companies.
Choose the field group
Once the category you select the category you want to filter by, go to the field group section Status date and click on it.
Or type on the search bar the field name.

Bloobirds offers you different possibilities to filter based on relative dates, just click on the field to visualise them
Range date
The date you select can be any of these default filters such as today, this week, this month,...
If you select custom, you can manually select between which custom range of dates you want to filter.
It's not empty
The field contains any date as a value.
It's empty
The field does not contain any date, the value is empty
Save filters
Once you have determined the criteria you want to filter by, click on ACCEPT.
If you realise there is a filter you want to change, just click on CLEAR and redo the filter.
When finished click on ACCEPT to save the changes on the filters and visualise the list.
Use case
Create a list of leads for which the company has entered status Backlog today.
Go to the Lists section and click on Leads.
Once on the leads list, click on Filters.
Click on +Company from lead, since the filter will be based on information about the company that is related to the lead -Backlog company status.
Type in date on the search bar and click to the field group Status date and click on it to display the fields.
Click on Backlog status date and select Today, then click on ACCEPT.
Click on ACCEPT once again to shave the filter and display the list with the filter applied.
