Keep in mind when creating a lead

When creating a new lead, it is important to keep in mind the following.

Mandatory fields

Ensure that the compulsory fields marked with an * are properly filled in, otherwise you will not be able to create the lead.

Duplicate checks

The email address fields should be unique for each lead and Bloobirds will not allow you to create two leads with the same content -duplicate check warning.

Therefore, when filling them in, you must ensure that the lead's email address has not been used before for another lead.

To do that, you can use the columns and then the filters in the Lists section.

Several fields

There can be a lead with more than one address and phone number associated. In this case, you must ensure all of them are included in the lead's profile. Otherwise Bloobirds will not recognise the incoming emails and phone calls as associated to this lead.
In case you need to create more fields to record all of them, you can do it on the Admin page or contact Bloobirds' support team and we will be happy to assist you.



When filling in the phone number, you must include the country prefix at the beginning preceded by the sign +.
