When a company is created, it is by default in status New. Market Research may decide to keep it in this status until all the necessary information is filled in. If a company is in status New or Backlog and a cadence is assigned to it, it changes to On prospection automatically.
Market Research decides to change the status to Backlog when a company is ready to be assigned to an SDR. Companies on status Backlog will appear on the section assign until they are allocated to an SDR.
It has been assigned and has no leads. We recommend you start prospecting it.
A SDR is currently prospecting the company but hasn't been able to get in touch yet. You should follow the prospecting cadence to get in touch with the company. Once a company has the status On Prospection or a later status we recommend always having a next step planned. This is the way to guarantee that every company follows the sales funnel.
An SDR has contacted the company. In this status, the objective is to fill in the qualifying questions to assess the business potential and awaken the company's curiosity in order to schedule a meeting with the Account Executive.
It's a semi-automatic status and It's usually used when there is a correct contact with the company, that means the SDRs gets in touch with the right person. You can activate a workflow so the company and its leads change to contacted when incoming activity is received.
The company has demonstrated interest in the solution and has answered the qualifying questions. We recommend you add tasks manually to convert the touch to a meeting.
The SDR has scheduled a meeting with the company. We recommend you contact the company's lead before the meeting to avoid non-shows. If the company's lead doesn't attend the meeting, reschedule it. The company changes to meeting automatically if a meeting is scheduled.
When it has not been possible to contact the company after the defined cadence, the SDR must decide whether to change the status to:
The company isn't a good fit at the moment. We recommend you reschedule the cadence to a future date to re-prospect the company in a few months. Whenever the company shows an interaction with the marketing content, the SDR may decide to change the status to On Prospection and the company will be prospected again. Add the nurturing reasons.
Companies without next step that you want to keep as “paused” without being classified as Inactive. Add the on hold reasons.
The company isn't a good fit. Add the discarded reason.
When the Account Executive after meeting a company's lead, considers there is business potential, registers a meeting result as Qualified, and the status of the company is automatically updated on Bloobirds as Account.
When the Account Executive signs a contract, updates the status of the opportunity as closed won on the CRM. The status of the company is synchronised automatically on Bloobirds. The company is already a Client and continues to exist on Bloobirds under this status.
