This section covers different KPIs related to the sales team activity. In Activity Performance, you can easily filter in order to check the overall activity, a specific member's activity, and how many actions were taken in a time range. Here are the different categories:
Emails
In the upper part, you will find these KPIs related to your emails:
- Total sent
- Open rate
- Reply rate
- CTR (Click-Through rate)
- Bounced rate
