Activity Performance

This section covers different KPIs related to the sales team activity. In Activity Performance, you can easily filter in order to check the overall activity, a specific member's activity, and how many actions were taken in a time range. Here are the different categories:

Emails

In the upper part, you will find these KPIs related to your emails:

  • Total sent
  • Open rate
  • Reply rate
  • CTR (Click-Through rate)
  • Bounced rate

And two charts that show:

  • Total companies/leads reached (you can select which one you want to see in the dropdown menu)
  • Email deliverability rate

LinkedIn messages

In the upper part, you will find these KPIs related to your LinkedIn messages:

  • Total sent
  • Conversations
  • Reply rate

  • LinkedIn Messaging Rate

Calls

In the upper part, you will find these KPIs related to your calls:

  • Total calls
  • Incoming calls
  • Missed calls
  • Correct contact
